The local Electrical Inspection Authority and a number of our customers interpret the National Electric Code to require Shielded Conductors to be terminated inside of a junction box. Taurus provides a 3M type conductor Termination Kit for all of our cable types.

The Termination Kits are designed to accommodate medium voltage three conductor shielded power cables; those with or without ground wires for indoor and outdoor applications. Each Termination Kit is supplied with all materials required for terminating one three-conductor cable.

The versatile kit is easy and fast to install, and components are produced from silicone rubber, which has excellent resistance to all types of environmental hazards as well as high thermal stability.
